Developing young and up and coming chefs into skilful professionals has always been a passion for Logan Brown and by association sister restaurant Liberty.
Taking it up a notch we have established Tuesday Liberty test kitchen where once a month, under the guidance of expert chef partner Shaun Clouston our eager young chefs can plate up the product of their inspiration, research and practise.

Chef An (Thuy An Lai) from Hanoi, has been a crucial part of the Logan Brown team for 5 years. She is an amazing chef, leader and is very funny person! Her passion and work ethic are extraordinary, and we cherish her loyalty to Logan Brown brand, team and owners.
An will be Liberty ‘s guest chef and with chef Shaun creating her version of a fabulous Vietnamese feast incorporating beautiful seasonal ingredients from “here” and flavours and techniques from “there” exotic Vietnam.
